One Wednesday I took a trip to another club and trained with an old friend (Liam), the person who introduced me in to MMA training many years ago.

Liam is an exceptional martial artist who has far greater experience and knowledge in competing than myself, so it is always a pleasure to train with him.

He gave me lots of great pointers on slipping and rolling punches for both boxing and kickboxing. I've already seen the improvement in myself.

As always, he did it in a friendly manor with no ego. He even asked me to show a technique to the class (which I was not expecting) and he pushed my classes as well - this shows his confidence as a coach.

The session was a great mix of cardio and technique, giving me a great workout and showing me areas I need to improve - plus he had some banging tunes playing!

I highly recommend Liam's classes to all of my Warriors (even if it's just a one off) and to anyone else interested.

Boxing:

Tuesday Evening - Kids (7-14)  6:30-7:15

Adults: (14+) 7:30-8:30

Kickboxing Fitness:

Wednesday Eve -  Kids (7-14) 4:30-5:15

  Adults (14+) 5:30-6:30
